#1 Way To Reset Your Week
YOGA NIDRA
Feel Less Reactive, Sleep Better.
Your midweek reset for a calmer mind, regulated body, and clearer direction.
Wednesday Night Yoga Nidra
What if the most productive thing you could do…
was lie down… close your eyes…
and let go?
This is not just meditation.
This is where your nervous system finally exhales.
Where the noise softens.
Where the version of you beneath the conditioning… begins to rise.
You don’t need more doing.
You need deeper receiving.
If you’ve been:
- Holding it all together… but feeling exhausted underneath
- Stuck in your head, replaying the same thoughts on repeat
- Snapping, overthinking, or feeling emotionally drained
- Knowing what to do… but not actually changing anything
Then this space is for you.
Because awareness alone doesn’t create change…
Regulation does.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep”…
but it’s not sleep.
It’s a guided meditation where your body rests deeply…
while your mind stays gently aware.
And if you’ve been to my Monday Night Mindset Meditations…
this will feel familiar.
But here…
we go a little deeper.
Through a practice called rotation of consciousness,
you’ll be guided to move your awareness through the body…
Gently drawing your attention from one point to the next…
This helps the busy thinking mind soften…
and allows you to drop into a deeply receptive state.
A little like hypnosis…
Where the conscious mind quietens…
and the subconscious becomes open.
This is where the real magic happens.
Where your learnings begin to integrate.
Where emotional patterns start to unwind.
Where healing doesn’t feel forced… it feels natural.
This is nervous system work… at its most powerful.
Your only job here…
Is no job.
You’ll lie down…
headphones on…
blanket over you…
…and be guided.
No pressure.
No performance.
No “am I doing this right?”
Just being.
Why this works
Most people are trying to change their life
from the same dysregulated state that created it.
That’s why it doesn’t stick.
Yoga Nidra works bottom-up—through the body and nervous system—
so you can finally:
- pause before reacting
- feel calm without forcing it
- respond instead of explode
- create change that actually lasts
What you’ll walk away with
After each session, you can expect to feel:
- deeply relaxed and grounded
- mentally clear and emotionally lighter
- more connected to yourself
- calm… without trying to be
And over time…
You’ll notice:
- less reactivity
- more presence
- stronger emotional regulation
- a version of you that feels steady, calm, and in control

A Note from Raylee...
I’ll let you in on something…
I wasn’t always the “meditation girl.”
I started as a bootcamp personal trainer.
High energy. Fast talking. Always moving.
My brain ran at about 100 miles an hour.
Classic overthinker. Do-er. Fixer.
Sit still and breathe?
No thanks
When I first tried meditation, I honestly thought,
“I’m terrible at this.”
My mind wouldn’t stop.
I fidgeted.
I kept wondering if I was doing it wrong.
But then I realised… it’s called a practice for a reason.
You don’t have to be good at it.
You just have to show up.
So I did.
One breath at a time.
And slowly, something shifted.
I became less reactive.
More patient.
More grounded.
Not because life got easier…
but because my nervous system finally felt safe.
Now?
There is nothing that regulates my “crazy” faster than lying on my mat and breathing.
It’s my reset. My anchor. My home base.
In fact, I’m about to spend a month in Rishikesh, India — the yoga capital of the world — simply deepening my meditation practice.
And I can’t think of anything better.
So if you’ve ever thought,
“I’m too busy… too restless… too bad at meditation…”
Trust me — you’re exactly who it’s for.
Come as you are.
I’ll guide you 🤍
Happiness is an inside job. Let’s practice it together.
Sawubona, I see you
