Yoga at Inner Strength Coaching Rooms

Small Group • Semi-Private • Mindful Movement • Nervous System Support

Why Small Group Classes?

With only 10 people per class, these sessions offer a more personalised and supportive experience than large studio classes.

You are not just another body in the room.

You will receive guidance, encouragement and space to move at your own pace in a welcoming environment focused on nervous system support, mobility, mindfulness and genuine connection.

YES, I WANT IN!

Vinyasa & Yin

Gentle Flow & Stretch

Start your week with intention instead of rushing straight into survival mode.

This beautiful Yin Yang class blends gentle flowing movement with longer-held stretches to help release tension, improve mobility and create space throughout the body. Expect nourishing movement, mindful breathwork, hip and shoulder opening and moments to simply slow down and breathe.

Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, this class is perfect if you want to feel less stiff, less overwhelmed and more connected heading into your week. A calm nervous system changes everything.

Meet Your Teacher

Raylee Rice

Raylee Rice has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga since 2015 and Yin Yoga since 2017, guiding students through movement, breath and mindfulness with a down-to-earth, holistic approach.

After years of running yoga classes and her own studio, Raylee closed the studio doors just before the world itself seemed to pause for a few years. Since then, her work evolved deeply into the world of mindset coaching, women’s retreats, NLP, Conscious Hypnosis, meditation, breathwork and nervous system healing.

Most recently, Raylee returned from an immersive month of traditional yogic training in Rishikesh — often known as the birthplace of yoga. Studying and living amongst the yogic traditions, she trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, meditation and yogic philosophy under traditional teachers and gurus.

She returns home with not just more knowledge… but deeper embodiment of the practice itself.

Raylee’s classes are not about performing poses or chasing perfection. They are about connection. Breath first. Movement second. Nervous system awareness. Presence. Philosophy. Intention.

Each class gently weaves together movement, breath, mindfulness and yogic wisdom in a way that feels grounded, modern and deeply human — honouring the traditional teachings rather than simply placing a western fitness spin on yoga.

Expect classes that nourish both the body and mind.

You may walk away with looser hips and softer shoulders…
but also with a calmer nervous system, a clearer perspective and a message that stays with you long after you leave the mat.

Because yoga was never just about touching your toes.
It was about coming home to yourself.

Happiness is an inside job.
Sawubona, I see you.
