This Is My Story

Hi Friend,

If you're looking for someone who's had a perfect life...

Keep looking. I've been in the trenches.

At 19, just three days after giving birth to my son, I was fighting for my life. I spent seven weeks in hospital learning to walk again, and when I finally got home, I realised I had two choices.

Stay the victim. Or become the author of a different story.

I chose the second one. It wasn't quick. It wasn't easy.

And it definitely wasn't a straight line.

I spent years trying to fix myself.

Therapy.
Self-help books.
Retreats.
Personal development.
Fitness.
Meditation.
Coaching.
Hypnotherapy.

Some of it changed my life.

Some of it just emptied my wallet.

I went from being a red-hot mess...

Reactive.

Angry.

Always looking for the next thing to fix me.

(Think Beth Dutton... but without the ranch.)

To becoming someone who's calm, present and genuinely happy.

Not because life suddenly became easy.

Because I finally stopped trying to change my circumstances...

...and started changing me.

That's why I do what I do.

I've spent decades doing the trial and error.

Making the mistakes.

Asking the questions.

Finding what actually works.

So you don't have to spend the next twenty years trying to figure it out on your own.

I take everything I've learned through coaching, yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy, neuroscience, personal development and real life...

...and teach it to you in a way that's practical, relatable and actually fits into your busy life.

Because I don't believe healing has to be heavy.

I don't believe you need to analyse every moment of your childhood forever.

I believe you need to understand the story that's been running your life...

Rewrite it...

And start living.

If you've found yourself here, maybe that's exactly what you're ready to do.

I'd love to help.

Sawubona.

I see you.

Not for who you've been...

But for who you're becoming.
